Repurposing different items can be a great way to integrate vintage into your bathroom. Instead of just finding some old looking faucets and cabinet knobs think outside the box. For instance, use an old step ladder as a great way to store towels and knick knacks under a pedestal sink.

Repurpose an old chair as a towel rack

Take the back of the chair, add a plank of wood as a shelf and there you have it! There seem to be many different ways that you can utilize chairs from using the back upside down to cute racks with the seat as a shelf.

Antique dressers and drawers

Those vintage knobs? Don’t use them on the vanity, use them on the wall as towel hooks. Use an old suitcase for bath accessories. Ever see old shutters at a yard sale? Use them as a door for your medicine cabinet or linen closet. Need a mirror? Find a few old ones and hang together as an eclectic looking spot over the sink.
